Lil Alex BBQ Rack of ribs with coleslaw and bbq beans. Ribs were covered with a sweet tangy bbq sauce that was mild. Sweet bbq beans and the coleslaw is creamy with light sauce...on point! Ribs taste great. We have had meatier but these are still decent! Santa Fe Tri Tip Sandwich with mac and cheese. Mac and Cheese is only available on weekends. M&C was good. The tri tip sandwich had a good smokey flavor. Meat was cooked well. I could have used more sauce, but overall great food for a decent price. Green Flash West Coast IPA for a beverage. Quality of coleslaw left the biggest impression.

Lil Al's BBQ is a local favorite! The vibe is chill, perfect for meeting up after hours. Miriam, our server, was fantastic—so friendly and made us feel right at home. The beef ribs are a hit, and my realtor business partner was hooked on them. Don’t miss the potato salad—it's the perfect side. Great spot for good food, music, and a game of pool. I highly recommend!

Drove by a few months ago and wanted to try it out. Took my friend who helped me move and we both really enjoyed our meals and agreed we need to bring our other big eater buddy soon. Great value too, not a wallet killer. Kinda wish they had draft beers but not a deal breaker. Definitely coming back with an appetite

My first visit was a very enjoyable one. We had a party of three and we all had sandwiches. The young lady, I believe she said she was the owner's daughter, was very helpful about our menu selections. I went back two days later for the beef ribs and two sides dinner. It took two days to finish it off. I'll be back next week Sunday.

Still one of the greatest places to eat soooo good!! Update: 08/2023 Place is still my top choice, faster service than the competition and these ribs just fall off the bone. Love it!

Hi everybody. Re-Review. THE 5 BONE RIBS ARE NOW 40.99 FOR 5 RIBS. Just placed an order for 20 ribs with instructions not to burn them! **** Hi Everybody:) Long time occasional customer, first time review. 4/3/22 I gave my father in law an impromptu (well 1 week planned) 95th bday party. So, since Covid this is was the biggest event we pulled off, this time having pitched a tent for the outside and having propane heat for the cold wind. So in order to encourage ppl to come, we would highlight Lil Alex Beef Ribs in the menu invite and the crowd came... 65 beef rib bones later. So two "beefs" I will mention. The order was not kept in a place where the food would maintain its heat. Secondly, by the time everyone ate I finally had a moment for me to eat. My beef rib was dry and burnt and I was left with that lingering burnt taste. What a terrible impression I may have left behind. I hope no one else had that experience. So I gave it another try after the party so that this review was better. Yes, that rib redeemed this review. It was so delicious and juicy and an amazing BBQ flavor. The BBQ sauce is yummy! Finger smacking good! Yes, I still recommend it. BUT...Nobody should have to pay 36.99 plus tax for burnt BBQ ribs. Especially when u paid for a large order.
